Book a virtual Round Table

During the conference, it is possible to book one virtual round table for up to 8 people during the various breaks.  In total there are seven coffee/tea etc. breaks, including the virtual drinks we will have together at the end of day one. Each break offers seven round tables that depending on the time of the day can vary in length. You can book a table, e.g. after your presentation, invite people to discuss your research, publish together or present and elaborate plans for future research. Please use this excellent opportunity to meet and talk!

To make it work, these are a few simple rules. Book your table, specify the theme of your conversation, invite your guests and indicate the number and names  and emails of your guests. If you do not invite eight guests, the free places can be filled by others who find your subject attractive.
You can only invite guests that participate in the conference. The list of participants willing to be announced as such, will be sent to participants weekly.
