From the very beginning of this conference series, we aimed to offer a particular room for discussion and reflection to young academic talents in our community. These young talents are Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD students in their first or second year. While their submissions address any of the topics of the conference, we aim to provide constructive and helpful comments particularly related to the specific phase of their career and the individual progress of their research projects. In this context, students are welcome to present the status quo of their works and voice their point of view based on their research.
This year the young academics will present their works in the regular tracks, and hence will get the opportunity to discuss their work with a wider audience.
We have always been very happy about the engagement of young academics and their excellent works, and also received very positive feedback from these participants. With his in mind, we are already looking forward to inspiring and fruitful presentations and discussions at NBM@Nijmegen2020.
