Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been searching for a secure solution to give you access to NBM@Nijmegen2020 and present your work at a distance. To motivate you in participating in the NBM2020 conference we would like to provide you with the option to show your work via a digital connection. You stay ‘at home’ and do not have to travel. But unfortunately, reliable digital connections do not come for free. We can offer you the option of an e-ticket for the #nbmconference2020 at the price of a regular ticket. Given the reach of the technological infrastructure, we cannot grant you full access to the conference. We will assure access to all plenary sessions and a selection of tracks. If you go for the e-ticket, we will, of course, make sure you will be in one of those digitalised tracks to present your work. So please submit your work, either way. We have extended the submission deadline for one more week (29.03.2020) given these changes. We are also flexible, so if in the end, you can come to Nijmegen (Welcome!) your ticket still gives you access to the full conference. We hope this helps to make the conference a success in these uncertain times. If changing conditions require novel adaptions we will get back to you with appropriate measures. Sorry for any inconveniences.
